InterNations — A Community for American Expats in Dublin

Hello to all Americans in Dublin! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Dublin? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Dublin which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Dublin is a lively city, full of characteristic pubs, shopping districts, theaters, and museums. The Irish capital is a warm and welcoming city known for the friendliness of its people, being the home of Guinness, and much more! With the network of buses, the Dublin Area Rapid Transit system, and Dublin’s light-rail transit service, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in Howth or Skerries, for example, which are both less than a 50-minute train ride away from Dublin’s center.

Although Dublin has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Dublin, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
