InterNations goes Oktoberfest 2010 - Sunday 03 October 2010

Dear All,

We have secured tickets for the Oktoberfest 2010 at the
tent Winzerer Fähndl between 1100 and 1600 on
Sunday, 03 October 2010 in Munich.

Each ticket/seat entitles you to 2 Mass Beer (1Mass = 1Ltr) and food voucher for 10 euros.

As seats are limited, we will give them away on a first come, first serve basis. Each member can buy several tickets but only one Albatross ticket.

For proper planning, it is very important that attendees effectively show up. Therefore the participation fee needs to be paid beforehand using the online ticketshop here. It’s easy, secure and only takes you a minute!

Please make your payments to the ticket-shop no later than Saturday October 2nd, 2010. Please also note that we cannot make any refunds should you decide to cancel your attendance.

As it is really difficult to reserve seats at the Oktoberfest, we’ll meet at 10am at Theresienhöhe in front of XXXLutz. Please be there on time (10am), we’ll go to the tent at 10:30. We have to take the seats until 11:00; otherwise they will be given away.

It is best to take the S-Bahn to Hackerbrücke and walk to our meeting point. Please also take a look at the * in order to know how to get there.
