InterNations Munich goes Oktoberfest 2010

Dear InterNations Members in Munich,

We have some great news for you. Like last year,
we have again managed the “Mission Impossible”:
We got InterNations Munich 200 seats at the Oktoberfest!

Put on your dirndls and lederhosen, and join Ambassadors Patrick & Patrick on Thursday September 23rd from 19:00 – 23:00 in an area exclusively reserved for InterNations at Cafe Kaiserschmarrn.

As seats are limited, we will give them away on a first come, first serve basis. Each member can buy several tickets but only one Albatross ticket.

For each ticket you will all receive three vouchers with a total value of 30€ (10€ each voucher) plus a free “Brotzeitbrettl” – a typical Bavarian starter dish at the table.

For proper planning, it is very important that attendees effectively show up. Therefore the participation fee needs to be paid beforehand using the online ticketshop. It’s easy, secure and only takes you a minute!

Please make your payments to the ticket-shop no later than Monday August 30th, 2010. Please also note that we cannot make any refunds should you decide to cancel your attendance.

We are happy to welcome you at 18:30 at our exclusive entrance (opposite to Löwenbräu Zelt). Please take a look at the map and make sure to be there on time.

The Kaiserschmarrn tent is one of the smallest but finest tents at the Oktoberfest. We will have a big part of the tent for ourselves. They do not serve beer in this tent, but wine, Prosecco, Caipirinha and other drinks.

There is always a great party, and with our crowd it will be even better. So put on your Oktoberfest gear and get ready for InterNations at Oktoberfest.
