Dear InterNations Members of Helsinki,

keeping up with a good old Finnish tradition, the
church boat racing, there will be a public rowing competition (Soututapahtuma) in Kirkkonummi this weekend (http://www.kirkkonummensoutajat.fi/soututap.htm).

WHERE? Sokeritehtaantie, Kantvik, Kirkkonummi (follow the Soututapahtuma signs from the main road)
WHEN? Sat, 21st Aug 2010 – from 10am – 1pm

Coffee and a buffet will be served, and for those who would like to try some church boat rowing themselves: the rowing club welcomes new members and offers training sessions on Tuesday’s evenings.
