Living in Aachen

Hi Everyone,
I´m thinking of moving to Aachen for a possible job opportunity but would like to know more about the city of Aachen. I´m 37 years old, so no longer students, speaking German is not a problem but wondering how the life is in Aachen. I lived in Paris and Berlin, so bigger multicultural environment. What are the positive and negative points of living in Aachen?
