Just relocating to Aberdeen

Hi,
I am just relocating permanently to Aberdeen for my job. I am French but I spent most of the time abroad. I would like to meet people and to know where to go to socialise a bit. I am also searching for a flat with at least two bedrooms, not too far from Union, Street and Justice Mill Lane to rent from August. I would appreciate your help, thanks and regards, Patrick
