Looking to connect with locals with a spare room (Aberdeen)

I'm Victoria and run a business based in Glasgow called Homestayfriend. We are trying to build our network of Homestay hosts in and around Aberdeen.
I m looking to connect with local people with a spare room or those who might be able to share some tips with me on how best to attract homeowners with a spare room to the website.
