A recommendation for a French Teacher (Abidjan)

Does anyone have a french teacher they recommend? I'm (sort of) able to get by in taxis/shopping but need assistance with more advanced topics.

I had a teacher but he was someone who knows english/french rather than an actual teacher. I think I would have better luck with an actual teacher with references, a lessons plan, etc.

Any advice is much appreciated.
