Hi all,
I thought I had seen something before on Internations on this topic, but I can't seem to find it anymore - so here goes:
What are the exact rules for driving licenses in Cote d'Ivoire? Can you drive with a European (Belgian, French, ...) or international driving license? If not, what is the best way to get a local license?
