How to calculate expat costs for Abidjan?

Hi all. I am expecting a job offer shortly from Abidjan and am excited to relocate from Dubai. However I am finding it hard to put together a picture of living expenses. I wonder if anyone is able to assist me with the following questions or maybe someone would be willing to take a phone call sometime?

What will be the running cost (rent + bills + internet) for a 1 or 2 bed furnished apartment (good quality) in Zone4 (lively area with plenty of social opportunities right?).
What would a single guy expect to spend on living in a regular month?
What would a good quality gym membership be?
Do I need to run a car in Abidjan at all?
Is drinking/partying going to be expensive?
