Living in Abidjan

This is my second post on the above subject. I am looking to converse with Europeans, Australians, US citizens who can give me ANY information about living in Abidjan, I would like to know what happens if I get sick,. Do I have to have private medicals insurance - if one exists in Abidjan, Can I purchase my same medicine I need to live a happy life in Abidjan, I would like to know if there are Vets, I would like to know what can be purchased in supermarkets, i would like to know how much is an average rental for a 2 bedroom secure apartment, I would like to know if I can have a private Post box to receive mail and parcels, I would like to know if my Samsung S4 and Samsung Galaxcy Tablet will work in ABidjan, and how much is the cost to have the internet connected to my apartment. I would like to know if there is anyone on this website who is willing to just converse with me a little so I can learn a little more before I take the CHANCE to live for a little while in Abidjan????
