Simple bank accout without monthly fee (Abidjan)

It is surprising for me to see that many banks charge a monthly fee for an account in Ivory Coast. I am looking for a simple bank account with or without debit card with a bank in Abidjan. Internet bank would also be fine but that needs a debit card.
Is there any bank that offers fee-free simple account?
