TOURIST VISA (Abidjan)

Good Morning All

I am planning a visit to Abidjan. My flights are booked and I arrive on Thursday 27 February. I live in Edinburgh and I would need to go to the Cote d'Ivoire Embassy in London in person to get a tourist visa. Could anyone advise if there is another way to do this e.g. applying for and picking up my visa in Abidjan when I get there?
