Visa Queries for British Embassy in Abidjan

Hello,
Does anyone work in the British Embassy in Abidjan that can help provide answers for visa applications for other nationalities resident in Ivory Coast.
I have colleagues resident here that require visas, can they apply and be granted visas here in Abidjan or they will have to get it from their home countries?
