Americans (FATCA & opening a new account) (Abu Dhabi)

Dear All,

I have been here for almost 2 months and i can't open a bank account because whenever i go to any bank, they ask me to fill out papers for FATCA info, like tax payer number and social security number and so forth.

The problem is that the information, they are asking for i don't have it because i have never lived in the US, i was just born there.

So can anyone advise for what should i do?

Is there any agencies or lawyers who can help in this?
