Coming to UAE (Abu Dhabi)

Hi everyone

I will be arriving in UAE in the next 2/3 weeks to begin a teaching role and have some questions about settling in. I will be living and working in Al Ain.

How much can I expect to pay for accommodation out in Al Ain? Something basic that is furnished.

My other question is regards to plug sockets. I have researched that the plugs are the same as used in the UK, can someone please confirm this for me.

I would love to know more about Al Ain - so if anyone has a spare moment and wants to email me some tips/advice I would greatly appreciate that. I can be emailed on Protected content
