Dutch Drivers License translation? (Abu Dhabi)

I was reading up on acquiring a drivers License once I acquire a visa. I'm Dutch and it seems I can exchange mine for a new UAE License according to this website:

However it also states I need a legal translation. This should be done by your own government according to other sources. I've however been digging through my governments websites but nothing mentions how to request a legal translation.

Anyone here that can help this poor soul out?
