German to Arabic translation (Abu Dhabi)

can anyone give me a good advice how to go about translating Austrian driving licence to Arabic? I tried couple of typewriting places but nobody speaks German and is able to translate. Austrian Embassy works Protected content Sun-Wed only and it is proving difficult to arrange the visit around working schedule. any tips? thanks!!
