TRS is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our office in Abu Dhabi.
The main bulk of our office is re-locating to Dubai, however as the Account Manager for our biggest client, I will be staying in Abu Dhabi.
I am looking for an administrative assistant who can take over most of the Admin/HR work that I am currently taking care off. As we are located in our clients offices (TRS is part of the Fluor corporation), I am looking for someone who can continuo the great relationship we have with our client's HR and Finance departments.
Candidates need to be pro-active, have around Protected content experience, have excellent English skills (writing & speaking), solid grasp of Excel and Word, etc and residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to move here.
There is also ample opportunity to grow from this position. We are always looking for people who are looking to grow into recruiter, account management or sales roles.
