info on yas island (Abu Dhabi)

Dear members,

I would like to get some info on Yas Island situation in case I decide to get a job in one of the companies there.
I understand that actually the island is still under construction, pretty noisy, far away from the city and still lacking a lot of facilties for people working there.
Is any of you working there?
Any info will be appreciated.
