Legalisation of German Diploma (Abu Dhabi)

I am currently in Abu Dhabi and would like to get my German Diploma of Business Administration legalised. The Diploma was issued by a public academy, VWA in Munich (no university or private school) and I have already a copy certified by the issuing body.

Does anyone have experience with the next steps? I understand that the document has to be sent to the UAE embassy in Berlin. But would this document just be enough or are there other steps necessary? Any recommendations on this would be very helpful! Thanks!
