Moving companies - recommendations? (Abu Dhabi)

Hi, I will be moving with my family to Abu Dhabi sometime in December/ January from Luxembourg. Would you have any recommendations for:

1) International moving companies? - we do not plan to move any furniture but will have household items, i.e., quite a few boxes. I have moved a lot in my life before but never with a family and I have never used a moving company. If we do not have a destination address, can we still ship our belongings?

2) kindergarden for 3.5 year old? - he speaks Italian, Estonian and English.

3) Driving schools that might help me get a driving license? - I have an Estonian driving licence and cannot exchange this in AD. I need to do all the tests in the new year while taking care of a newborn (due in October).
