Moving to Abu Dhabi

Hi Guys,
I'm moving to Abu Dhabi very shortly. I shall be working between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. I have no clue as to the best geographical location to find accommodation. Is Al reef a good place to start.?
What are the chances of me being able to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with integrated kitchen appliances and utility bills included in the price? looking to spend Protected content all in for the year also want to pay monthly.Can you negiotiate on the price?
Next question wanting to purchase a fiat 500cc maximum of 2 years old what sort of price might I be looking at? or is it better for me to lease a car for 12 months?
how much are utility and AC bills on average per month?
