Moving to Abu Dhabi - Questions

Hi everyone,

I currently live in Toronto, Canada. I’ll be moving to Abu Dhabi by the end of Feb Protected content never been there. I will work in Al Markaziyah neighborhood.

I would appreciate if someone can advise me in some questions I have so far:

1. Is it better to buy a used car or lease one? I’m thinking to use it for Protected content .
2. I will look for a flat for 1 person but I’m interested to know what would it be a good neighborhood to live? I I’d like to live in a neighborhood where I find restaurants, cafes, shopping places, etc. within Protected content driving. I can drive from home to work 30 min.
3. I’ve seen pictures of unfurnished apartments that don’t have stove and fridge. There were others posts but they don’t have pictures. Do unfurnished apts. need appliances?
4. Contact info for an accountant who has experience in dealing with UAE and Canada taxation? (located in Toronto, preferably)
