MOVING TO ABUDHABI (Abu Dhabi)

HI folks
iam planning to move to abudhabi.currently in Muscat working as psychologist.I was in dubai and found the rental property is still very high there.i was wondering is this the way things in abudhabi too.Iam looking a two bedroom apartment in a moderate area not too high end.i would say between Protected content range.can some give their feedback on this question.personally i like abudhabi much more than dubai.
