Need advice on a job offer (Abu Dhabi)

Hi All.. I am Pooja, from India, new to Abu Dhabi. I have 3 years exp. in the Human Resources( in India). Now, I have been offered the position of HR Assistant in a retail company for a monthly salary of Protected content , which would be raised to Protected content 6 months(No other benefits provided). My husband is working in a bank ( monthly salary - Protected content and I have a 2 yr old kid. Is the salary good to start with. Do you think I should accept the offer?
