Popular Communities for Expat Families? Car Lease? (Abu Dhabi)

Hi,

I am looking for rental housing for my family, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend popular areas/communities in AD for expat families. I am not familiar with the city so it makes it tough to nail down what is more suitable for a family as opposed to a single person.

Also, when reading several of the listings it will list "Arabian community". Does that mean you have to be a UAE national to rent, or just information about the demographics of the community?

Also, does anyone have any place they recommend for car leasing, preferably six month to one year terms?
