Residence Visa Weight Requirements (Abu Dhabi)

Looking to relocate to Abu Dhabi and was recently denied a position because the potential employer felt I would exceed the weight restrictions for the residence visa. I have been unable to find anything on what weight restrictions the UAE has for expats. Any information would be helpful.
