Salaries and other benefits in Abu Dahbi (Abu Dhabi)

HI, I am expecting to receive an offer of employment in Abu Dahbi as an Engineering Manager. What types of salaries and benefits should I be considering in this offer. I would expect an increase from my current salary of course but buy how much and are things like housing, foreign tax credits etc normal benefits for expats?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
