Seeking my new 'Local'. (Abu Dhabi)

Hi everyone, I'm moving into my new apartment this week, just behind Bawabat Al Shaq Mall, Baniyas and I'm seeking my new Local Pub/Restaurant. Not too noisy, not too smokey, a little up market (although cheap would be nice too), nice food available - in short, I want it all! :-) This is to be my Local so local to Baniyas is the operative word. I'm labelled as English on Internations but I have lived most of my life in Australia, if that helps with any of the influences you think I may enjoy in my new Local. Any suggestions please?
