Sports/Athletics Activities (Abu Dhabi)

Hi all,
I am new to Abu Dhabi and am looking to see if anybody has any information on sports teams or athletic groups in the area. I haven't found much online. I love playing sports and would love to join up- any sport is fine with me! Any advice or info much appreciated!
