Visa for New Born (Abu Dhabi)

Hi guys, i would like to know..will it be any temporary visa for a new born to depart the city (Abu Dhabi) soon (within a month) after the delivery.
Also, Any visa validity requirement is there for parents like 3 months or 6 months for applying child passport and visa...
My visa is valid till Feb 1, Protected content . My baby due date is end of december Protected content .
I am looking to cancel my visa as well as i am leaving UAE forever.
Please help me with my queries.
