Walk for Life: Join us on Friday November 25, 2011 (Abu Dhabi)

Walk for Life encourages a 30-minute brisk walk each day.

This year, more than 15,000 people are expected to join in the nation’s leading annual walkathon by pacing the five kilometre walk around Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit.

It is a comfortable walk, designed to encourage the participation of families, business teams and individuals!

Plan now to join in on Friday November 25, Protected content , from 3pm onwards!

3pm : Doors open, for lots of family fun and entertainment
5pm : The flag-off for Walk for Life Protected content
6:30pm : Time for the prize draw!

Get yourself a Walk for Life ticket at AED 10 each and you will receive a special walkathon kit complete with a T-shirt, cap, towel and water bottle.

Getting There

By Bus

Route number Protected content off at Khalifa Street, near the Millennium Hotel and goes right to Yas Marina Circuit.

Route 1 from Abu Dhabi Island: Via E10 Highway Al Raha Beach Highway

Leave Abu Dhabi Island towards Dubai via Maqta Bridge
Pass Al Raha Beach Hotel and Raha Mall on your left
Take the slip road, signed Yas Island East
Follow the blue signs to Yas East Entrance and enter
Proceed to car park R4 located on your right

Route 2 from Abu Dhabi Island: Via E12 Highway Sheikh Khalifa Highway

Take the Corniche Road towards Mina Zayed and follow signs for Yas Island
Take the E12 Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Highway
Take the exit sighed Yas Island East and enter
Proceed to car park R4 located on your right

Route 3 from Dubai in the E11 Highway Sheikh Zayed Highway

Take Sheikh Zayed Highway south, to Abu Dhabi
Take the exit signed Yas Island East
Follow the blue signs to Yas East Entrance and enter
Proceed to car park R4 located on your right
