Medical support (Abuja)

My wife and 2 kids are in Abuja while I am in Japan.
My 5-year-old son has been in the hospital since last week. And he needs another week in the hospital.
He doesn't have any medical insurance in Nigeria. I am afraid I may not be able to pay all bills at once.
Does anybody know if he can get any medical support(financialy)?
