Shifting to Abuja

Friends,

I just got a job in Abuja and will be shifting in June( I am an Indian citizen). Can anyone please guide me in understanding the following -

1. My son is in 3rd standard( age Protected content , can anyone guide me knowing the schools available in Abuja for expats. I have seen a website of American school but it is very expensive, are there other schools with tie with international boards.
2. How safe is Abuja, if I shift my family i.e. wife and one kid?
3. Does Abuja have good medical faclities?
