Babies in Accra

Hi, my husband, toddler (she'll be 2 by then), a new baby (hopefully, by then) and I are moving to Accra next year. I'm interested in connecting with others in a similar situation as us as I am having the expat pre-move jitters and I'm anxious about healthcare and disease (malaria in particular). I'm interested in understanding life as a full time mummy with very young children (I would expect the youngest will be 6mths or so if we are lucky!).
