Banking for Expats (Accra)

Hello everyone, I have been told that banks require permits/residency to be able to open-up an account. I have quickly learned that information can be lost in translation and asking expats may be my best bet. Please, let me know what banks offer the best international services with the less restrictions. I truly appreciate any info that is reliable.
