Bringing dog from Denmark to Ghana (Accra)

Dear all

I'll be moving to Ghana on 1 September with my family and we'll be bringing our pet dog along. Now, l've found all the requirements to import a dog, but l need an import permit from the 'veterinary head office' in Accra. I've found their website but there's no phonenumber or emailadress, and l need the permit before l move to Ghana so l can't just go to the Ministry's office in Accra.

Does somebody know what to do when l'm not in Ghana?

Or perhaps somebody know somebody who can assist in getting the permit?
