Conferences, Seminars, etc... (Accra)

Dear all,

I'm interested in knowing about different professional conferences/seminars/forums being held in Ghana (Accra specifically) during this year. I've done the typical Google search and obviously get lots of sites which provide partial info.

Is there a better source (e.g. a State entity) for info on all these types of events? Do organizers have to register with any entity to host events at local hotels or conference centers, etc?
