Email Offers from Ghana (Accra)

To all,

I'm researching a company that has offered me a position through email. The company is Project Rig LTD ( Protected content projectrigltd.com), and I'm curious if anyone on this forum has ever heard of this company. Is this is a normal practice in Ghana? I have the feeling that this might be a scam, considering they are using the same letter head as a previous email offer I received from Vivo Energy Ghana. Both offers state practically the same thing, and both requested a scan of my passport and two passport photos.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
