Help Needed!!! Expats in Ghana (Accra)

Hi Everyone,

I recently returned to the UK from an expat assignment in Uganda to complete a Masters in Occupational Psychology. My thesis is based on the neglected area of the adaptation of expats in Sub-Saharan Africa to inform organizations where they can better support their international employees. To that effect, I am lacking a West-African perspective which I feel is extremely important given that forecasts of economic growth in the region are largely attributable to this area.
