Housing Questions from new expats (Accra)

My husband and I will likely be relocating to Accra in July of next year. I was wondering what are the neighborhoods that many expats live in? Also what should we expect to pay in rent per month? Do apartments/homes in compounds come with water, TV, internet, security or are each of these an additional expense? My apologies for all of the questions. We would like to get as much information as we can to make an educated decision on where to settle down.
