Moving to Accra with young children

Hi, my husband, me and our two young children (2 yr old, 4 month old baby) may be moving to Accra. We are worried about the health (malaria, drinking water, other tropical diseases etc) and security side of things for our young children and also about the facilities available for entertaining small children (our son is very energetic). Also, is it easy to buy children's clothes, toys, cots etc out there or do they all have to be imported? If anyone could enlighten us that would be amazing!
