Moving to Kumasi/Konongo (Accra)

We may be moving to Kumasi/Konongo soon to join my Australian husband. We have three children, 10, 8 and 5. Does anyone have any recommendations for schooling? Also, do you suggest the children continuously take anti-malarial medication? What is the quality of health care like? And what type of health insurance does anyone recommend? Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Chrissie
