overtime laws in Ghana (Accra)

Good Afternoon everyone,
I have read the Ghana labour act of employment Protected content it does not state overtime regarding pay.
I want to find out whether there is a standard percentage here in Ghana or whether the employer can decide on the pay.
If anyone knows that would be very helpful!
