Our client requires a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential HR services to the achievement of the business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive relations with the employees. Reporting directly to the HR Director – West Africa, you would be directly responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with the Ghanaian Labor legislature and company policies. You would have to ensure the daily activities of the department including recruitment, training and development, employee relations and total compensations are carried out effectively for corporate and operational employees. You must have the ability to work effectively with other managers in ensuring the policies & practices are adhered to.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of an Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of five Protected content management experience; an experience in the Health Operational Sector is preferred. Masters in Human Resources Management will be an advantage. You should have a good knowledge of HR management principles, practices and Ghana Labour Act. Good verbal, writing and listening skills are essential. Be a problem solver with the ability to prioritize needs, so as to ensure best business results. Encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate and have the ability to build consensus amongst various stakeholders with competing priorities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Possess effective Performance and Conflict Management skills. Good knowledge and extensive experience of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, and related office software. Role requires a degree of travelling to various project sites.
