Shipping small freight from UK to Ghana please (Accra)

Does anyone have any contacts for reliable companies that provide door to door services for shipping or flying small freight packages from UK to Ghana please?

I have used a company for container shipping, which takes about 21 days - are there any UK expats that have contacts for sending individual boxes, suitcase or 'barrels' of varying sizes from about 5kg to about 30kg

Any ideas about reliability, cost, extras etc would be very helpful

I have looked through the forums here & in in Accraexpts & could not for any similar threads or How-tos

I have googled it & found a few companies that provide these services, but no testimonials - so suggestions from anyone who have used these services would be really helpful
