Opera Exhibition, Group Discussion and Vermouth
Opera, passion, power and politics is our first event of Protected content the decade. This landmark exhibition, born from a collaboration between the Victoria and Albert museum and the Royal Covent Garden in Covent Garden, will take us on an exciting journey through Protected content of opera, showcasing key moments in the history of opera, from its origins in late Renaissance Italy to the present day. We will be presented with eight premieres, from L'incoronazione di Poppea in the Venice of Claudio Monteverdi in Protected content Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart in Protected content Vienna to end in Leningrad of Dmitri Shostakovich with the premiere of Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk in Protected content .
A curator will introduce key topics of this immersive exhibition and following this, we will freely explore the exhibits and enjoy this audiovisual experience. The event will end with an engaging group discussion accompanied by a vermouth.
