French "table wine" - a few tasty examples "next door"
Welcome back from summer! To launch into the return to business we will have a special tasting of French "table wines". Called table wines because they are drinkable every day at the dinner table, generally inexpensive, and often easy to find these are perfect wines for dinner of all sorts - meat, pizza, pasta, red fish, etc.
This also will be a treat for us as it is sponsored by Simon Oakes from DeVere who many of you have met at previous tastings.
As is the usual case when we meet at Protected content , we will get the space for the tasting from Protected content for free but each participant is expected to have a personal tab for food with the restaurant for a minimum of Protected content and a normal tip for the service.
The wines we will drink? All reds!
