Ice Curling in Riyadh

You can try the Winter Olympic sport of Curling right here in Riyadh! It's fun, it's cool and it's indoors!
The Kingdom Curling Association offers to InterNations members to come and try the sport at an open session being held on Saturday 17 October at the Royal Mall. This event will meet at 11.15 for starting at 11.30 and will last until 13.15. Prayer break.
All equipment hire (curling stones, brushes, footwear) will be included in the cost, and basic tuition will be offered free.

Participants need to bring a clean pair of flat-soled shoes (tennis shoes / trainers are ideal) and clothing that allows them to bend and stretch in. Do not bring ice skates! As we are on ice maybe wear something warm too! Be there for 11.15 to register and collect the equipment needed. As we are in a private space, dress code can be relaxed.
This event is open to men and women, and children aged 10 years or over. It’s a great family sport!
Full Coronavirus health and safety policy, all equipment sanitised. Bring your own face masks.

The organisers have to pay for the rent of the ice rink in advance, so PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF YOU ARE DEFINITELY COMING.
